Grayson is a Raleigh native and conducts tours and implements marketing and sales campaigns for Office Ours. His background is in real estate, accounting, marketing, and graphic design. Hobbies include golfing, reading, fitness, and spending time with his family.
Carey Chandler
Vice President of Operations
Carey was born in Michigan and moved to the Triangle in 1988. She has a background in Social Work, HR, Property Management and Real Estate. Hobbies include hiking, camping, swing dancing, volleyball, and volunteer work.

Founder/President
Ryan has a background in embedded software engineering and has been successful with Silicon Valley tech startups. Upon finding the need for affordable and professional office space, he decided to use his resources and start Office Ours, where he now runs and operates the company.
